Internal ferries, buses & trains we don’t Guarantee any kind of seat preference & bookings will be done in 2nd class category,

we don’t confirm window or aisle seat and there is no option to select same as well. If you want upgrade to 1st class then
kindly let us know before initial payment, we will confirm the fare difference accordingly.

For Visa – It is travelers’ responsibility to provide the required documents required by the Embassy / High Commission for visa application including a valid passport.
Grant of the visa is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy / high commission. Agency have no role in grant of any visa.

We only facilitate the visa Documentation on a best effort basis, as per the requirements. Any history of Visa Refusal / Rejection must be informed to Agency & its visa team.

Cancellation policy of Holiday Package

Holiday package consist two parts – Transportation & Land Package

Transportation includes – Air tickets

For air tickets cancellation as per airline policy – same can be checked with airline as well

Land Package Cancellation charges – Which includes hotels, transfers, sightseeing ,trains, buses & ferries.

From booking date till 15 days prior to departure – 30 % of Package Cost

7 Days prior to departure – 50% of Package Cost

3 to 7 Days prior to departure – 75 % of Package Cost

Less than 24 hrs to 3 Days prior to departure – 100% of Package Cost
