2. Airfare Calculation and Payment:
- Airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change until the ticket is issued.

3. Full Payment Deadlines:
- For domestic packages, 100% of the total payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the departure date.
- For international packages, 100% of the total payment must be made at least 15 days prior to the departure date.

4. Visa Rejection:
- Luxe Comfort Travels acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and the embassy/consulate. We are not liable for visa rejections or related costs. Travelers are advised to ensure they meet all visa requirements before applying.

5. Refund Process:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days from the date of cancellation, after deducting the applicable cancellation charges and any non-refundable fees (e.g., airline tickets, hotel bookings, etc.).

- Refunds, if applicable, related to individual activity booking will be refunded as and when the supplier release the refund payments in Luxe Comfort Travels Account

6. Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions, Luxe Comfort Travels will work with suppliers to minimize losses. However, refunds will be subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

7. Consumer Rights:
- This policy is designed in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws. Travelers are encouraged to review all terms and conditions before making a booking.

8. Grievance Redressal:
- For any disputes or grievances, please contact our customer support team at info@luxecomforttravels.in. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to the appropriate legal jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
